Job summary

Sutherland Dental is seeking a qualified Dental Hygienist to join our experienced team in Canada. You’ll provide preventive dental hygiene services and engage patients with personalized care while upholding professional standards.

This role requires a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, current provincial registration, and CPR certification. Join a supportive, growth-oriented practice that values excellent patient service and modern technology.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour

Schedule:

• Wednesday & Thursday evening 3 PM to 8 PM

• Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM.
