Job summary

Rosthern Dental Clinic in Rosthern, Saskatchewan is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team. The role focuses on comprehensive preventative hygiene services, patient education, and delivering personalized care in a supportive environment.

Hours include Wednesday 8:00 am–3:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am–4:00 pm, and Friday 9:00 am–3:00 pm (summer: Friday 8:00 am–2:00 pm). Hours are negotiable/flexible, with opportunities for growth and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish andretainpatient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistentlymaintainingethical and professionalbehaviour
