Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join our network of independent practices committed to patient-centered care. You’ll partner with the doctor to assess oral health, develop personalized care plans, and educate patients using advanced digital tools.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, a structured onboarding, and access to TRIOS 3D scanning and other modern technologies. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus an uncapped incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $50-$55/hr, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
