Job summary

Oceanfront Dentistry in Downtown Vancouver, part of the Dentalcorp network, is hiring a Dental Hygienist. You will provide preventive hygiene services and educate patients while delivering compassionate care in a modern, patient-focused environment.

Required: Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, current registration with the provincial regulatory body, and CPR certification. Wage starts at $60/hour with competitive rewards as part of our network.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

Wage:

The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is starting from $60/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
