Job summary

Montrose Dental in Niagara Falls is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a supportive team focused on preventive care and patient education. You will provide comprehensive hygiene services, including scaling and whitening, while promoting oral health education and delivering a personalized patient experience.

The role requires active dental hygiene registration in good standing and current CPR certification. This is a full-time, on-site position with a modern practice that values work-life balance

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, topical fluoride, sealants and whitening.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative techniques.
• Build patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience with professional behavior.

Monday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Tuesday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Wednesday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Thursday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is$40-$45/hourdepending onskills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish andretainpatient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistentlymaintainingethical and professionalbehaviour

About You:

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degreeisrequired
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory bodyisrequired
• Valid CPR certificationisrequired
