Job summary

Warmstone Family Dentistry in Ottawa, Canada, is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide preventive hygiene services, educate patients, and foster patient loyalty in a collaborative team.

You will perform scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, sealants, and whitening, while supporting patient care and professional growth in a modern practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

The wage for this Dental Hygienist position is$55-$57/hourdepending onskills, experience, and location.
