Job summary

Go Dental in Calgary is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our full-service practice serving Marlborough, Penbrooke Meadows, Pineridge and Rundle. You will provide preventative hygiene services, educate patients, and contribute to a patient-centered experience with ethical and professional standards.

The successful candidate will hold a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, current provincial registration, and CPR certification, and will work within a team that uses modern technology and

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
