Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services, Ltd. in Penticton is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join the Penticton Dental Centre team. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with no evenings or weekends, depending on what works best for you.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience while maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
