Job summary

Cloverdale Dental Group in Etobicoke is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist for a part-time role on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm. You will perform preventive hygiene services and educate patients, while upholding professional standards and delivering patient-centered care.

The position offers competitive hourly wages ($48-$53) based on skills and location, with opportunities for growth, ongoing CE, and a supportive team using modern technology and tools.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
