Overview

We are a friendly and professional dental practice looking for a dependable team member to support both the front desk and clinical operations. This is a dual role—primarily assisting at the front desk but also stepping into the back when needed to help the dentist and team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments
  • Process insurance claims and patient payments
  • Assist with sterilization and instrument preparation
  • Support chairside when needed (passing instruments, room setup / cleanup)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide backup coverage for front desk or clinical team as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office (front desk and / or assisting)
  • Knowledge of sterilization protocols and basic chairside assisting preferred but further training can be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in both administrative and clinical settings
  • Familiarity with dental software (we have Open Dental) is an asset.
  • Level II Dental Assistant certification is an asset but not required.
