We are looking for an individual with a friendly, welcoming attitude and customer service focus to join our Dental Programs Team.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage client bookings and taking payments and submitting insurance documents

Maintain client databases for dental assisting and denturist patients to include processing mail and appointments

Receiving and directing visitors and incoming enquiries

Orienting and guiding students in reception duties

May assist with ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, data entry and special event activities

Contribute to dental clinic operations through process improvement

Skills & Abilities :

The successful candidate must have an excellent working knowledge of denturist and dental clinics and exhibit strong interpersonal, and customer service skills, adapt easily to change and espouse continuous quality improvement with a strong focus on student success and satisfaction.

Willing to learn and understand the policies, processes and procedures that pertain to the dental programs

Have effective oral and written communication skills to support a high-quality client experience

Must have experience working in a dental and / or denturist office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with others

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as dental software

Qualifications :

Completion of grade 12

5 years of related experience - preferred

Equivalencies may be considered
