Job summary

Limited Endodontics in Mississauga is seeking a proficient Dental Assistant to join our endodontic specialty team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists, take X-rays, maintain sterilization, and support patient education and scheduling.

The role requires registration/certification with the provincial regulatory body and prior dental assisting experience is preferred. This full-time position offers a supportive environment with modern technology and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
• Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour.

The wage for this DentalAssistantposition is $25-$30/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
