Job description

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable dental assistant to join our growing team. This position requires providing chairside support to our endodontist and assisting at the front desk with patient communications, scheduling, and admin. This role is ideal for a new graduate looking to grow quickly in a fast-paced, specialty environment.

Key responsibilities:

Chairside:
  • Assist endodontist during procedures, including root canals and CBCT imaging.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
  • Take diagnostic x-rays (PA, bitewing, CBCT).
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Monitor and restock clinical supplies.

Front desk (administrative):
  • Greet and check in patients.
  • Manage scheduling and patient communications.
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
  • Collect payments and provide receipts.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Light cleaning as needed.

Requirements:
  • Level II Dental Assistant Certificate (HARP certified).
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (experience with dental software is a plus).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a specialty practice.
