General Overview

Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

  • Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday Off
Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

  • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
  • Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
  • Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
  • Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
  • Develop a relationship with the patient.
  • Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
  • Take, expose, and mount high-quality dental radiographs.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience working as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Other certifications as required by the state, e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA, or RDAEF.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar is preferred.
