Job summary

Passion Dental Group is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Calgary to join a growing team. You will provide chairside support, prepare treatment rooms, and take radiographs across Calgary-area clinics, contributing to an efficient and welcoming clinical environment.

Ideal candidates are registered as RDAs in Alberta, hold a current CPR/BLS certification, and demonstrate strong clinical, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registration as Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Alberta
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to Dentists during a variety of procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take and develop dental radiographs as required
• Support infection prevention and control protocols
• Assist with sterilization and instrument processing
• Prepare materials and equipment for procedures
• Support patient flow and contribute to an exceptional patient experience
• Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and oral health practices
• Work collaboratively with Dentists, Hygienists, Administrators and other team members
• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture
• Continue developing your clinical skills through training, mentorship and learning opportunities

As an RDA with Passion Dental, you will:
