What youu2019ll do:

• Prepare identified products to sample to guests as they shop.
• Take the initiative to actively engage with guests, encourage them to sample and purchase the product.
• Provide exceptional service to Longou2019s guests and being prepared to speak to and answer questions about the product being sampled, including product ingredients.
• Set up and take down of the Tasting Expert sampling station.
• Achieve store specific sales targets for items sampled by converting samples to sales.u00A0
• Represent the Longou2019s brands and our vendor brands through the products being sampled in a professional and positive manneru00A0
• Fill out sampling report including number of samples distributed and comments from Guests once the sampling is complete.
• Maintain product quality by date checks and product rotation.
• Follow Food, Health and Workplace Safety standards.

• Availability to be flexible throughout the week with mandatory availability Thursday-Sunday.

Work Environment:

• You will work in a store retail environment, specifically sampling products on the store sales floor.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
