As Demi Pastry Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, your responsibilities include:

  • Creating innovative and contemporary desserts, including special menus, following current trends and guest demands
  • Managing dietary requirements effectively
  • Fostering a safe, positive, and productive work environment
  • Controlling costs and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
  • Being an advocate for Work, Health, and Safety

About You:

  • Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not available)
  • Based in Perth or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance)
  • Flexible and available to work various shifts
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, hotel experience preferred
  • Handle pressure with ease and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
