Job summary

Riipen is seeking a Demand Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help bring our demand generation programs to life, across channels and audiences.

This fully remote role in Canada requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with data and marketing technology to turn strategy into action. You’ll collaborate with the Demand Marketing team to turn strategy into execution and optimize campaigns for growth.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high bar for accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
  • Experience working with marketing technology, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and campaign data.
  • Strong written communication skills and an interest in learning what makes marketing messaging resonate.
  • A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to dig into performance data and ask questions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates across functions.
  • A willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt as priorities and programs evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of demand generation campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, and outbound programs.
  • Build and maintain campaigns, lists, workflows, and other marketing assets.
  • Support audience research, contact sourcing, segmentation, and campaign list preparation.
  • Help manage outbound marketing tools and campaign infrastructure, including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dripify.
  • Work closely with our cold calling team as a lead generation channel by providing contact lists, monitoring sequence performance, and updating enablement and messaging based on learnings.
  • Conduct campaign QA to ensure audiences, messaging, links, tracking, and workflows are set up correctly before launch.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull reporting to help the team understand what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Maintain clean and accurate campaign, contact, and lifecycle data within HubSpot.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support ongoing testing and optimization of messaging, audiences, channels, and campaign approaches.
  • Help document processes and build repeatable workflows that make our demand marketing programs more efficient and scalable.

Description

Riipen is looking for a Demand Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help bring our demand generation programs to life.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of campaigns across multiple channels and audiences, help keep our marketing operations running smoothly, and work closely with the Demand Marketing team to turn strategy into action.

This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, is comfortable working with data and marketing technology, and is excited to build their experience across demand generation.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada.

What you’ll do:

Benefits & compensation:

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is CAD $50,000 - $58,000 annually, based on experience, capabilities, and internal equity. For roles within this salary band, new hires typically join Riipen at around the $52,000 mark, depending on skills and experience.

A salary closer to the bottom of the range may reflect strong potential with some skills still developing, while the upper end typically applies to existing team members and reflects demonstrated proficiency, growth, and impact over time.

We believe in fair pay and internal equity, and all team members are eligible for an annual salary review.
