As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer-focused campaigns aimed at generating leads and targeting accounts for our sales teams. Leveraging a variety of tactics such as email, internal and external events, webinars, and social media, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize multi-channel programs. This role requires a creative thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office in Markham.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to devise strategies and content for tailored lead generation programs and campaigns.
- Execute plans based on financial contributions from partners to sponsor campaigns and furnish them with detailed reports.
- Draft and execute creative briefs, specifying measurable objectives, target audiences, messaging, marketing channels, and calls to action.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Organize and facilitate webinars, liaising with speakers to ensure seamless presentations.
- Engage with sales teams to gather insights and optimize lead conversion into qualified opportunities and pipeline.
- Proactively manage the marketing calendar, coordinating inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
- Define measurable KPIs and meticulously track marketing programs against targets, adjust campaigns based on insights and share outcomes with stakeholders.
Performance Measures and Accountabilities:
- Set objectives for each major quarterly initiative.
- Set and manage budgets for all initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution while adhering to financial constraints.
- Monitor performance against the annual campaign gross profit target.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.

- Sound understanding of lead generation, CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite), and multi-channel marketing, including marketing automation.
- Experience in crafting and implementing creative briefs.
- Background in and enthusiasm for supporting sales teams.
- Experience in managing multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
- Digitally savvy – familiar and ready to leverage a robust digital marketing mix, marketing automation, and digital demand strategies.
