Our flagship product, Irwin, is a software platform used by investor relations and investment banking professionals all over the world. In October 2024, Irwin joined FactSet and added its investor relations solution to its existing offering.

As Irwin's Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Manager, you'll drive qualified leads and revenue growth through strategic digital campaigns while empowering our sales team with the tools and knowledge needed for effective deal closure. Working directly with our VP Marketing, you'll optimize our marketing funnel, manage campaign budgets, and create compelling sales assets that convert prospects into customers. You'll also develop data-driven insights that shape our marketing strategy and improve conversion rates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, optimizing ROI and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing budgets and automation platforms.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and personalized audience segmentation.
  • Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop sales enablement materials like pitch decks and competitor analyses.
  • Train sales teams on product knowledge and maintain a centralized sales content repository.
  • Create personalized content strategies for various sales scenarios and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Capture and qualify leads from events and drive event attendance.
  • Grow and maintain healthy email marketing lists, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Support cross-functional campaign execution and define lead scoring processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficient with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
