As Irwin's Demand Generation & Sales Enablement Manager, you'll:

  • Drive qualified leads and revenue growth through strategic digital campaigns.
  • Empower our sales team with tools and knowledge for effective deal closure.
  • Optimize marketing funnel, manage campaign budgets, and create compelling sales assets.
  • Develop data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and automation platforms.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and analyze insights.
  • Create sales enablement materials and train sales teams.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales, product, and executive teams.
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Capture and qualify leads from events and support campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
