MoxiWorks, a leader in the PropTech SaaS industry, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing efforts for real estate agents in the US and Canada. This role involves developing demand-generation strategies, collaborating with various teams, and driving revenue through effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation, particularly in the real estate sector, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We seek a Demand Generation Manager – Real Estate Agents to lead our marketing efforts that support revenue generation from real estate agents in the US and Canada. You will develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies and programs that drive the upsell of agents from free versions of MoxiWorks software to paid subscriptions (MRR and ARR). You will take a content and education-centric approach to encourage agents to subscribe to the paid version of products, collaborating closely with the MoxiWorks education and corporate marketing teams. You will also help the enterprise sales team pursue brokerage enterprise opportunities in the US and Canada. The role reports to the Director Demand Generation.
