Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a Delivery Vehicle and operate a Propane Forklift.
• Deliver, unload/load building material to various locations.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and site hazard assessments.

CLASS 5 WAREHOUSE/DELIVERY MATERIAL HANDLER

Required For

EDMONTON, ALBERTA

• This is a dual position- working on a Delivery Truck as well as in our warehouse
• Driving a F550 Delivery Vehicle and operating a Propane Forklift
• Delivering, Unloading/loading of building material and placing into residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Complete Pre/post trip inspection and site hazard assessment
• Picking /Assembling orders
• Serving pick up customers
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract (no more than 2 minor violations)
• Previous experience driving delivery trucks and operating other machinery
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, carry, and lift heavy, bulky items
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check
