Job summary

The Brick is seeking a physically fit, customer service oriented team member for our warehouse and delivery operations in Canada. You will assist with loading, unloading, delivery, and inventory tasks while upholding safety standards and providing helpful service to customers.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, teamwork, and ongoing development opportunities within The Brick. A Class G driver’s license is required for driving responsibilities, with accommodations available where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift, move, and handle inventory.
• Customer service orientation to assist customers during loading, delivery, and pickup.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures as per WCB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload inventory from trailers.
• Assemble products for display.
• Load inventory into customer vehicle at pickup.
• Deliver products to customer homes.
• Maintain electronic inventory counts.
• Perform general building maintenance (garbage, recycling, snow shovelling).
• Adhere to WCB safety policies.
