What will your typical day look like?

In this dynamic role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of innovative Delivery Transformation learning programs, tools, and processes that empower leaders and practitioners here in Canada and across the globe. You will collaborate with diverse teams on project planning and management, ensuring that milestones are not only met but celebrated. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing engaging Delivery Transformation training sessions with team members and stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, you will continuously enhance and streamline learning programs and processes, making a tangible impact on the overall business experience.

About the team

Delivery Transformation plays a crucial role in bolstering the success of Technology & Transformation (T&T) as well as other Deloitte businesses. This collaborative approach enables us to manage risk more effectively and drives significant improvements in our efficiency and quality of service.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• A minimum of three years of experience in professional services, with a preference for expertise in the development and delivery of learning programs.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality work products using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the capability to interpret data and generate reports to support business communications and decision-making.
• A process-oriented mindset, demonstrated through the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive communications for all levels within the Firm.
• The ability to excel in ambiguous and time-sensitive situations.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, which is considered an asset.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000 for consultant and $80,000 - $138,000 for senior consultant.
