Job summary

Randstad Canada seeks an experienced Delivery Manager / Test Manager to bridge operational delivery and QA governance. You will streamline delivery rhythms, manage capacity, and architect test automation across backend ecosystems, ensuring audit-ready compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This 12-month contract role requires hands-on leadership in Java/Selenium, RestAssured, and CI/CD, with data-driven dashboards using Power BI and SQL to inform capacity planning and reporting to

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in software testing, delivery management or technical delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience designing UI and API test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management and optimize team throughput.
• Define and enforce test governance, entry/exit criteria, and audit trails.
• Design and maintain test automation frameworks (UI/API).
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple systems and vendors.
• Align test cycles with release schedules and risk metrics.
• Act as central point for cross-functional communication and triage.
