Job summary

GoEasy is hiring a Delivery Specialist for Joineasyhome in Strathroy, Ontario. You will welcome customers, deliver products to homes, support store operations, and maintain the truck daily.

A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and strong communication are essential to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We offer hourly pay ($19–$20 CAD), potential monthly bonuses, RRSP match, employee stock plan, and flexible benefits including 24/7 Virtual Doctor appointments.

Qualifications

• Full class driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communicator with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Some experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Must pass criminal, employment, and driving history checks.

Responsibilities

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by assisting with merchandising and store maintenance.
• Deliver products to customers' homes with best in class service.
• Perform general maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and address concerns.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

• Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

What we are looking for:

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering$19.00 - $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
