Job summary

goeasy Ltd in Thunder Bay, Ontario, is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our GoEasy family. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and by email; deliver products to homes; and support store merchandising and daily maintenance.

You should be able to lift 50+ pounds, hold a valid driver's license with a clean abstract, and deliver outstanding service while driving sales. We offer competitive hourly pay, monthly bonuses, and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by merchandising and maintaining the store.
• Deliver products to customers’ homes with best-in-class service.
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Coordinate and finalize paperwork with customers onsite.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout moving process.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
• Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

We are offering $20.00 - $21.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
