Insight Global is partnering with a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC to recruit a Delivery Project Manager for onsite work. Manage end-to-end deployment of manufacturing technologies and drive digital transformation from concept to production readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical/Engineering degree, 3+ years of experience (1+ year in PM), and are fully bilingual in French and English. Competitive hourly rate offered for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year working as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, industrialization, production readiness, or manufacturing technology implementation.
• Experience supporting inspection, metrology, quality systems, or production process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to organizational change management or large-scale transformation programs.
• Fully bilingual French/English.

This role is responsible for leading the deployment of new manufacturing technologies, managing projects end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives from concept through production readiness.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year working as a Project Manager

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, dimensional inspection, and GD&T.
• Aerospace industry experience.
• Experience assessing technology readiness and moving solutions from development into production environments.
• Understanding of digital manufacturing, automation, data analytics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives

The rate for this job is $32/hr - $47/hr
