Come help us grow our early-in-career talent in AWS Professional Services! As a Delivery Practice Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Associate Consultants across Infrastructure, App Dev, DevOps, Data, and Security, partnering with customers, AWS Sales, and internal teams to drive cloud solutions and accelerate adoption.

From Day 1, you’ll shape and execute the Associate-to-Consultant program in Canada. You’ll coach, mentor, and build trust with stakeholders while delivering technical engagements and driving strategic initiatives.

About the role: Delivery Practice Manager, ProServe A2C

In this role, you’ll manage 10–20 early-in-career consultants, driving training programs, on-site technical solutions, and high utilization on customer engagements. You’ll map business and technical requirements, guide your team’s experiential learning, and deliver AWS migration and innovation plans.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Training, and Support teams to refine hiring, onboarding, and program delivery, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and continuous consultant development.
