Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group in Terrebonne, QC is seeking a customer-focused team member to handle prescription deliveries and respond to customers at the counter.

You will deliver products on schedule, assist customers, and process payments, while staying friendly, organized, and a reliable team player in a collaborative pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Friendly and organized approach to work.
• Able to work as part of a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescriptions and other products to customers.

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• to be responsible for prescription deliveries and/or other products to the Jean Coutu customers;
• to offer an exemplary customer service;
• to deliver products according to the established schedule;
• to receive customers' payments.
