Job summary
REALIGN LLC in Toronto, ON is seeking a Full Time Delivery Manager to lead technical projects across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, data integration, and cloud migration.
You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, with proactive risk and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with Azure services and SQL Server 2019 is required.

- Experience delivering technical projects with Azure and cloud migration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2019 and data integration.
- Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting CI/CD and production releases.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage delivery, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead cloud migration and data integration initiatives.
- Oversee SQL Server 2019 activities including performance monitoring, data migration, and security.
- Coordinate developers, data engineers, DBAs, QA, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure successful delivery and operational stability.
