Delivery Leader – RSF

As a Delivery Lead within the RSF Filière, you are responsible for managing and coordinating functional and technical deliveries. You serve as the referent for both functions and technical aspects within the team, overseeing developments. Your role involves collaborating with business partners to address technological challenges, explore opportunities, and assess potential risks.

You are accountable for quality, costs, and delivery deadlines. Ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions is a key part of your responsibilities.

You foster initiative and innovation within the team while ensuring compliance with standards and design principles.

You report to the IT Division Manager of the Repo & Secured Funding Filière.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the delivery for the Montreal team
   • Lead Agile ceremonies, define and monitor milestones, and prioritize actions.
   • Identify and address risks effectively.
   • Ensure the setup aligns with business needs.
2. Support technical and functional resources in achieving objectives
   • Create an environment of trust promoting open communication, innovation, and learning from mistakes.
   • Establish a framework fostering autonomy, creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
   • Support skill development for new and junior team members.
   • Assist team members with technical or design issues.
   • Participate in reviewing functional specifications.
   • Engage in code reviews.
3. Design of solutions
   • Guide team members in designing optimized functional and technical solutions focusing on maintainability, monitoring, and simplicity.
   • Validate functional and technical designs, incorporating data-centric considerations.
   • Collaborate with architects to define standards for RSF and CMI IT systems.
   • Encourage technological monitoring to stay updated with IT evolutions.
4. Ensure quality and maintainability of applications
   • Promote continuous improvement based on agility, Software Craftsmanship, and SecDevOps principles.
   • Lead proactive management of technical debt with remediation and improvement actions.
   • Support systematic testing practices such as TDD, BDD, and DDD.
