Delivery Leader - Linear Rates

Within the Capital Markets IT (CMI) department of Global IT (GIT), which manages the information system for capital markets activities (pre-trade, post-trade, risks), the Linear Rates division is responsible for the information system for CACIB IRD (Interest Rates Derivatives). IT Linear teams are located in Paris, London, Tokyo, and New York.

Position: Delivery Lead within Linear Filière

We are seeking a Delivery Lead responsible for Linear USD project requirements and ensuring production stability. The role involves fostering effective collaboration with the development team, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and industrialization.

You will work within a dynamic, agile, and high-performing global team focused on hedge technologies. Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating both functional and technical deliveries, acting as the primary referent for the team on developments, and liaising with business partners to address technological challenges, opportunities, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Montreal team’s delivery
   • Lead Agile ceremonies, define and track deliverables, prioritize actions
   • Facilitate team coordination and communication across international teams
   • Identify and mitigate risks
   • Ensure the setup aligns with business needs
2. Support technical and functional resources
   • Create an environment of trust encouraging open communication, innovation, and learning from mistakes
   • Establish frameworks that promote autonomy, creativity, and continuous improvement
   • Develop skills of new hires and junior team members
   • Assist team members with technical or design issues
   • Participate in reviewing functional specifications and code reviews
3. Design and quality assurance of solutions
   • Ensure platform stability and optimal solution design
   • Guide team members in designing maintainable, monitorable, and simple solutions
   • Validate functional and technical designs, incorporating data-centric considerations
   • Collaborate with architects to define standards for Linear Rates and CMI IS
   • Encourage technological monitoring to stay aligned with latest IT trends
