Job summary

RBC is seeking a Delivery Lead to design, implement, and maintain programs across Data and AI platforms. You will lead digital transformation, build roadmaps, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinating across engineering, product, data, cloud, and AI teams.

You will manage risks, align stakeholders, and drive implementation while ensuring architectural standards and scalability to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management or delivery leadership, focusing on digital transformation.
• Proven success in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving data, cloud, and AI technologies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong technical understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML
• Ability to align technical teams on architectural/design considerations and work closely with engineers.
• Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Iterative/Hybrid approaches with knowledge and experience to use Jira/Confluence/SharePoint
• Financial Management acumen – Financial management acumen in large initiatives
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Expertise in managing ambiguity, driving clarity, and balancing multiple priorities in large‑scale programs.

What is the opportunity? Working as part of the Data and AI Platform (DAP) team, the Delivery Lead will design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of the corporate strategy. The Delivery Lead applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

• Familiarity with value stream mapping and aligning programs to customer outcomes.
• Familiarity and working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools, architecture and usecases
