Job summary

Groupe Touchette, Canada's largest tire distributor, is seeking a Delivery Driver in Whitby. You will load, transport and deliver tires to customers, aiming to meet deadlines and safety standards.

You will drive a 16-foot truck, perform loading/unloading, complete delivery documents, and handle weights up to 70 lbs. The position offers a temporary contract with weekday hours and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (G or 5) required.
• Delivery truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs daily and handle weights safely.
• Safety boots required.

Your Role

As a Delivery Driver within our group, your responsibilities will include loading, transporting and delivering tires to customers, ensuring that deadlines and safety standards are met.

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Driving a 16-foot truck
• Delivering tires (up to 70 lbs) and completing delivery documents.

What We Are Looking For

• Holding a valid driving license (Class G or Class 5)
• Having experience driving delivery trucks
• Being able to handle daily loads between 50 and 70 lbs
• Safety boots required
• Reliability, collaboration and vigilance in matters of safety
