Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Coquitlam, BC is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker. You will deliver parts using a company vehicle, manage daily inventory, and support store operations with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping/stock/warehouse experience is an asset.
• Valid Class 7 or 5 license with clean driving record preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers using a company vehicle safely and on time.
• Coordinate store-to-customer deliveries and update customers on order status.
• Receive and maintain inventory and daily vehicle logs.
• Verify part numbers on invoices match products.
• Keep accurate records and minimize errors.
• Collect POS and cash payments as needed.
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers using a company vehicle in a safe and timely manner
• Coordinate deliveries from the store to the customer and communicate with customers regarding order status, ensuring seamless customer service
• Receive and maintain inventory as well as daily vehicle logs
• Review the part numbers listed on the invoices and compare them with the actual product numbers to ensure that they match
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and prevent any errors or discrepancies
• Collect POS and cash payments as necessary
• Pack orders according to packing slips with great accuracy and efficiency

Do you fit thepart?

• Successful candidates must be available full-time, Monday to Friday
• Previous shipping/stock person/warehouse experience is an asset
• Valid Class 7 or 5 License required, with clean driver’s abstract preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and managing multiple priorities
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
• Steel toe shoes are required
