Big Country Raw is seeking a delivery driver to provide safe, efficient and professional service while supporting order fulfilment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The position operates on a day shift, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for wage progression and a benefits package. A reliable, team‑oriented attitude is essential to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of delivery driving experience.
• Valid G class license.
• Acceptable driver’s abstract.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and complete scheduled deliveries.
• Verify invoices and ensure orders are delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service while following delivery instructions.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Load and unload products as required.
• Communicate with the Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Order Fulfillment Team regarding deliveries and customer issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, Health & Safety procedures, and Food Safety requirements.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including order picking and packing, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as order picking and packing.
