About Us: DeliveryEase is an on-demand prescription delivery platform committed to making healthcare more accessible. As we expand, we’re looking for dedicated delivery drivers to help us serve local communities.

Job Summary: As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for picking up prescriptions from local pharmacies and delivering to customers' homes or other locations. You'll use the DeliveryEase app to optimize your routes and ensure all delivery protocols are followed. Your attention to detail and outstanding customer service will contribute to our commitment to providing an exceptional experience to our pharmacy partners and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at your pickup on time and follow all delivery protocols
  • Safely and efficiently deliver prescription medications to customers in a timely manner
  • Upload proof-of-delivery and receive customer signature
  • Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and customer information before each delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
  • Follow all relevant traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle with insurance
  • Familiarity with the local area and efficient navigation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
