Keystone Automotive Operations in Ponoka, AB is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck and deliver parts to customers with top-notch service. You will load and unload, verify orders, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

This full-time role offers an hourly pay of $20.00, a consistent weekday schedule with occasional weekends based on route needs, and opportunities for raises based on performance along with a retention bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• At least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck or larger.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical examination.
• No motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep the delivery vehicle organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 am start; Some weekends (based on route and business needs)

Position Highlights

• $1,000 Retention Bonus !
• (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)
• Hourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
• Consistent weekday schedule - never work weekends

• Someone who has at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or larger
• Someone who has had no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
• Someone who can lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Someone who can pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Someone who can pass DOT physical examination
