Qualifications

• Valid class 5 AB driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van while providing exceptional customer service.
• Work with the online shopping team to resolve service recovery situations.
• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and maintain it.

You will be responsible for :

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.

You have :

• A valid class 5 AB driver’s licence (“GDL” is not accepted) and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• The ability to use a smartphone and operate Google Maps.
