You will be responsible for:

1. Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van while providing exceptional customer service.
2. Collaborating with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve issues like returns and refunds.
3. Meeting operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
4. Operating the delivery vehicle safely, following all traffic rules.
5. Maintaining the delivery vehicle’s cleanliness and roadworthiness.

You have:

1. A valid Class 5 AB driver’s license (GDL not accepted) and a clean driver’s abstract.
2. Experience in customer service roles.
3. A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
4. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
5. Familiarity with smartphones and Google Maps.
