Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates to deliver happiness through car-hauling services. The role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a willingness to work 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Starting pay is $17/hr with growth opportunities and performance-based increases, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include vehicle delivery, loading/unloading, paperwork, and ensuring safety with CMV policy adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with haulers and receive training.
• Load/unload vehicles onto hauler and inspect equipment for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain clear notes in tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
