Job summary

Canadian Energy is hiring a Delivery Driver based in Woodstock, ON. You will regularly deliver products to customers from a modern company delivery truck, ensuring accurate and complete shipments. A Class DZ license is required, and routes focus on Southwestern Ontario with local coverage.

The role involves driving, customer interaction, and promoting products while maintaining accurate records and vehicle inspections. Health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class DZ driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience working with dangerous goods is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Canadian Energy products to customers on scheduled routes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments; maintain logs and inspections.
• Interact with customers and represent the Canadian Energy brand during deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks/trailers and perform route checks to confirm deliveries.

About the Position:

This position will be responsible for delivering Canadian Energy products to customers. The Delivery Driver will ensure seamless processing of outgoing shipments and is responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.The Delivery Driver will interact with customers and represent the Canadian Energy brand.

This position requires a Class DZ.

As a Canadian Energy team member, a typical week will include the following:
Driving. You will be responsible for regularly scheduled delivery routes in a state-of-the‑art Canadian Energy delivery truck. A Class DZ license is required. The ideal candidate would be comfortable driving in city traffic as well as on the highway.
Routes. Your regular routes will include routes in Southwestern Ontario. Most of the routes will be local routes.
Sales and Customer Service. You will interact and build relationships with Canadian Energy customers during deliveries. You will help increase sales by promoting products and helping Canadian Energy customers find the product that best meets their needs.
Shipping and Receiving. You will confirm delivery routes and addresses. Perform checks to ensure all scheduled deliveries have been included in your current load. Maintain accurate logs and vehicle inspections. Load and unload trucks/trailers.

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with occasional 5:30 a.m. starts; overtime as required

Location: This position is located in Woodstock, ON

Requirements:

• Class DZ Driver’s License.
• 1-3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience working with dangerous goods.
• Pallet walkie experience is considered an asset.
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset; the ideal candidate is motivated to learn and contribute to the team.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to keep accurate product records.
• A safety-focused mindset.
• Clean personal and/or commercial driving record.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to lift 20 kg consistently and safely.
• B2B sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Compensation:

• Market competitive base salary of $45,000 - $50,000.
