Compensation:

• Starting at $24.46 per hour + $1.79 Bonus
• Experienced Candidates: $25.56 per hour + $2.38 Bonus

You must have at least 3 years of experience in delivering appliances or similar goods, as well as experience in customer service.

As a Delivery Driver, you will:

• Safely lift, carry, and deliver heavy items into our customers’ homes. This is heavy work, but you essentially get paid to work out!
• Greet customers and describe the delivery process in a friendly manner to make them feel at ease and excited about their new appliance. Provide excellent customer experience with a friendly smile!
• Utilize tools to safely install our range of products. Tackle challenges with creativity and confidence. No problem is too big!
• Collaborate with a trained delivery partner.
• Safely operate our 5-ton trucks (Class 5 license required) and navigate city streets. Our trucks are fully automatic and mostly less than 5 years old!
• Use dispatch software on company-provided devices to complete deliveries efficiently.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A strong commitment to personal safety and safety of others.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• At least 1 year of experience operating 5-ton trucks or other large vehicles.
• The physical ability to lift over 100 lbs and move large, heavy items.
• Willingness to learn new skills and product handling techniques.
• Excellent people skills, courteous, and able to impress customers.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment:

• On the road, at customers' homes, and in warehouses.
• Scheduled 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, starting between 7:00 and 7:30 am until 3:30 or 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime.
• Dynamic and fast-paced setting.
