Job summary

Arjo Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative in Burnaby, BC to deliver and pickup rented products, ensuring patients and residents have access to mobility solutions that improve quality of life. You will work with medical staff and customers to ensure safe usage and timely service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and a passion for helping people, with training provided to succeed and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Performing deliveries and pick-up using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck
  • Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
  • Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle
  • Provide customers with instruction to use the equipment safely and properly
  • Process delivery and pick-up documentation onsite with medical staff as required
  • Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards
  • Present the highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

Position:Field Service Representative

Location:Burnaby, BC
Job type:Full-time, permanent

The impact you will have

As a Field Service Representative, you will support Arjo’s customer by delivering and picking up rented products when patients and care givers need it most. You will exceed customer demands by reliably delivering products as efficiently as possible, ensuring patients and residents have access to necessary solutions that empower movement, thereby improving their quality of life.
