Position Details

Position: Field Service Representative

Location: Burnaby, BC

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: $26/hr

The impact you will have

As a Field Service Representative, you will support Arjo’s customers by delivering and picking up rented products when patients and caregivers need it most. You will ensure timely and reliable delivery of products, helping patients and residents access solutions that empower movement and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing deliveries and pick-up using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck
• Preparing medical equipment and documentation for delivery
• Loading and unloading medical equipment from the vehicle
• Providing customers with instructions on safe and proper equipment use
• Processing delivery and pickup documentation onsite with medical staff as required
• Cleaning and processing medical equipment to quality standards
• Maintaining high customer etiquette in all interactions

Qualifications

No specific skills are required except a valid driver's license. We will provide all necessary training. We value a passion for helping others, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to build a long-term career with us.
