LKQ Canada is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team at the Winnipeg branch. The role involves safe vehicle operation, loading, delivering parts, and obtaining customer confirmations and payments. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Starting pay is $19.28 per hour, with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday and 40 hours per week. Benefits, pension after 3 months, and an employee parts purchasing program are among the perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year driving and warehouse operations experience.
• Possess a valid license and safe driving record.
• Knowledge of replacement parts for the collision repair industry desired.
• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with warehouse and delivery methods, procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and communicate effectively; use smartphone/tablet.

Responsabilités

• Complete safety checks and maintenance validations for the company vehicle (up to an 18 ft cube truck with tail lift).
• Operate the company vehicle safely and courteously.
• Load the truck at the branch and verify condition of truck, manifest and paperwork.
• At delivery destination, confirm order, unload, obtain customer signature and payment.
• Make notations on manifest and provide receipts for returns.
• Collect accounts receivable as necessary.
• Prevent shortages and damage to products.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
