Job summary

Dessana recherche un chauffeur-livreur polyvalent pour assurer les livraisons locales dans la grande région de Montréal et les centres urbains du Québec, au sein de l’ADI. Vous communiquerez par téléphone avec les clients pour confirmer les rendez-vous et préparerez les itinéraires quotidiens selon les adresses prévues.

Qualifications

• Expérience en transport / livraison exigée.
• Permis Classe 5 et bon dossier de conduite.
• Maîtrise du français et/ou de l'anglais.
• Sens du service client et souci du détail.
• Autonomie et débrouillardise.
• Expérience en fabrication et/ou installation de meubles est un atout.

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Your Role

• Make local deliveries in the greater Montreal area and in urban centers in Quebec.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone to validate information and confirm appointments.
• Prepare daily delivery routes based on scheduled addresses.

Profils Sought

Skills :

• Experience in transport/delivery and truck driving.
• Class 5 driver’s license with a respectable driving record.
• Functional command of French and/or English.
• Sense of customer service and attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness and autonomy.
• Experience in customer service (an asset).
• Experience in manufacturing and/or furniture installation (an asset).
• Competitive remuneration, depending on skills and experience
