We’re looking for a reliable and team-oriented Delivery Driver to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in providing great customer service, and understands the importance of delivering products safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliveries

  • Deliver orders to stores using a company refrigerated sprinter van
  • Verify deliveries against invoices to ensure order accuracy.
  • Ensure all products are clean, undamaged, and safely stacked for transport.
  • Follow specific delivery instructions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and wear branded apparel in good condition.
  • Comply with all highway traffic rules and regulations.

Truck / Vehicle

  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Report mechanical issues and ensure the vehicle is equipped with delivery essentials (e.g., dolly, thermal bags, return forms).
  • Keep the delivery truck clean, organized, and road-ready.

Other Duties

  • Assist with manual truck loading as needed.
  • Work in various weather conditions and temperature environments.
  • Communicate with the Logistics Manager and Order Fulfillment team regarding delivery schedules and any issues.
  • Report product shortages or damages and assist with health and safety compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2–5 years of delivery driving experience.
  • Valid G license
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
  • Minor mechanical troubleshooting skills are an asset.
  • Forklift license is an asset but not required.
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

Responsibility for Food Safety & Quality

  • Follow GMPs and written food safety procedures.
  • Inspect returned products and report concerns.
  • Be alert to any store conditions that could affect food safety.
  • Report food safety concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager.
